So, my eldest daughter is getting married this September and her chosen theme is Jane Austen with a twist (several, actually). The dresses will be Regency era, as will the food. The "twist" comes from everything else. Her colors are lime green and peacock blue. She also wants masks, zebra print and peacock feathers. I am blogging my experience of trying to pull all of these aspects together in some cohesive, fun yet elegant manner. This is also my first blog. Welcome to the ride!

Finished Bridesmaid Bouquet

I have finished the bridesmaids bouquets with the zebra ribbon around the handle. I will post a couple of updated pictures to the end of the bridesmaids bouquet picture line. I am almost finished cutting out my dress and one of the bridesmaids dresses. I am using a different pattern than the girls. There's still so much work to be done!
